Services Notice:

ALL services include a 20% deposit that is due ONE week before the initial shoot date. This includes drone, video, photo, graphic design and “other”. Deposit funds can be accepted by cash, check, or wire transfer (PayPal or Venmo). If a service is cancelled after the deposit has been received, the deposit is honored for 14 days after the planned service date. If the service is cancelled then resulting in a different TYPE of service, another deposit will have to be put forward. If the deposit date is not met the service will be respectfully refused.

Full Payment: The rest of funds will be collected on-site on the day of the service. Payments are accepted only in full. Cash, check, or by wire transfer (PayPal or Venmo). Receipts will be given via email within 24 hours.

Refund Notice: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event the client requests cancellation of the shoot date. In the event True Mountain Media cannot perform the service after the deposit has been received, the deposit will be 100% refunded. There are no refunds after full product is delivered.

Location Disclaimer: All locations will need to be addressed before the deposit is given. The baseline travel fee is $15 which will be included with the gross total of the service. This travel fee is for areas including and surrounding Richmond, Connersville, Muncie, and New Castle. Please contact if you do not fall under these locations.

Client Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is highly considered before, during, and after the service. In the event you find your service to be unsatisfactory, please contact Colin Williams to absolve any issues.
